Yes, you must credit @safenow when using samples from any pack. This applies to all beats you create or send to artists, including major artists. Credit format: "Prod. by YourName & @safenow". You must also use tags (if included) and tag @safenow when sharing.

If you're posting a beat for sale, you must split sales revenue with @safenow: 50/50 for solo or individual samples, and 33/33/33 for collaborative samples. This applies to all beats made with safenow pack materials.

No, samples are NOT royalty-free. All beats using samples from any safenow pack must split royalties: 50/50 for individual samples and 33/33/33 for collaborative samples. This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers, or recording artists.

If a record using these samples is released through a major label, you agree to split publishing, merch profits, points, and advance fees with @safenow. All publishing splits and credits must be agreed upon prior to release. Producer or co-producer credit must include @safenow. Contact safenow.core on Instagram for clearance or negotiation.
